How do I send my analog media to you?

    Order online and get a prepaid shipping label in your confirmation email.
  2. Pack Your Items
    Securely pack your tapes, photos, or audio in a sturdy box. Use padding for extra protection.
  3. Attach the Label
    Print and attach the prepaid label to your box.
  4. Drop It Off
    Take your package to a UPS location or schedule a pickup.
  5. We Handle the Rest
    We’ll digitize your items with care and keep you updated.
  6. Get It All Back
    Receive your originals plus digital copies on USB, cloud, or DVD.

How long does the process take?

Typically, it takes 2–4 weeks from the time we receive your package. Processing time depends on the size of the order, shipping, and the media being transferred.

How should I pack my items for shipping?

Pack your media securely in a sturdy box with padding, like bubble wrap, to keep it safe during transit. Attach the prepaid shipping label we provide, then drop it off at UPS, Canada Post, or your preferred local courier.

What if I have a rare or unique format?

We specialize in converting a wide range of media. If you have a rare format, reach out to us, and we’ll confirm if we can digitize it!

Will I get my original items back?

Yes! We carefully return all your originals along with the digital copies.
